Cancellation & refund policy

Each screening is organised by an independent business. Refunds are handled by that organiser according to their policy. SeatBaze records refund decisions for your booking reference but does not process bank transfers on behalf of organisers.

If a screening is cancelled, confirmed ticket holders are notified by email. Contact the organiser listed on your booking for payout timing.
